Visa Discrimination

So.....!
you have secured admission in an australian university and have applied for a student visa. the student visa is some times a pain in the neck. for students from the US/UK/Canada/NZ and other allegedly developed countries,  getting an australian visa is a piece of cake. it takes just a couple of weeks or so...

however for students from India/china or other asian countriess, it seems to take a good 2 to 3 months. you might wonder why there is such a discrimination...but thats how it works mate ! policy is policy !

the student visa criteria for countries in asessment level 3 and 4 is very stringent... its indeed frustrating to apply for a student visa and keep waiting...but one has little choice of what could be done.

once issued the visa will be for a little over the duration of the course and for most postgraduate programs, a dependent family member may accompany the student.
students may work upto 20 hours a week while their course is in session and may work full time during christmas vacation or vice chancellors non teaching week.

that was pretty much about discrimination for issue of visa...keep reading...
